Resources Taking care of the body while healing the mind and spirit can be an important part of one’s healing. I am clearly a big fan of body work and holistic nutrition and have had excellent experience with all the practitioners listed.
Nutritional Counseling
Though our work is not about food, part of your work is about balancing what you eat with how you feel. Many people who suffer from binge or over eating also have stomach and digestive problems. At some point, working with a nutritional consultant may become part of your healing journey; when you are ready to listen to and make friends with your body. The practitioners listed below are by no means the final word on nutrition. They are people I’ve worked with personally and professionally and respect immensely.

As you can see from my list, I am a big fan of body work and have had excellent experience with all the practitioners listed. There is no right person for anyone. This is far from an exhaustive list but can be used as a start if you are interested in pursuing this area of healing work.
